Returns
If any item we sell is unsatisfactory for any reason, simply return it to us unopened and unblemished and we will promptly refund the cost of the item. Non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Charges
For most orders, we use flat-fee shipping charges in the Continental United States to save you money. To make this fair for us, we request a minimum order of $30 exclusive of shipping charges, please. If you just need a few odds and ends, please call us at the shop - (828) 358-3536. We'll make arrangements to get small orders out at a shipping cost that's fair for both of us.
If you're out of the country, using an APO/FPO address, or need other special shipping arrangements, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you.
