Wyeast Yeast Nutrient supports healthy fermentation with a balanced blend of vitamins, minerals, nitrogen sources, zinc, phosphates, and trace elements. Use during yeast propagation, sluggish fermentations, or stuck batches to reduce lag time, improve yeast viability, and achieve consistent attenuation.
Dosing: dissolve 1/2 tsp (2.2g) per 5 gallons of wort in warm water. Add to kettle 10–15 minutes before end of boil.
