Brewzyme-D stops diacetyl in its tracks! It converts the compounds that form diacetyl into a flavorless compound. Take the guesswork out, make great lagers, help out lazy English strains, and protect yourself from hop creep in your IPAs. One 10mL vial is good for 5 gallons (20L) of wort.
Directions: Add 10mL of Brewzyme D to 5 gallons of wort at yeast pitch and ferment normally. OPTIONAL: If making an IPA with a large dry hop charge, add 10mL with the dry hops to prevent diacetyl formation from hop creep.
Dosage: 10mL for 5 gallons (20L) of wort at yeast pitch.
